Claire is the Company Secretary for the EMC group.

In addition to the typical corporate functions of this position, her role comprises the preparation of the books of accounts, human resources, customer enquiries, company filings and inward and outward processing.

As a special project, Claire was also principally responsible for the implementation of the company’s MRP system and now provides onboarding / training and auditing for the system and all users.

Prior to joining EMC, Claire was, for a number of years, the Executive Officer for the Isle of Man branch of the Institute of Directors. The role involved working alongside the Chairman to grow the branch on the Island and develop the membership offering locally and across the North West.
