Stuart began his career as an aerospace Assembly and Test Engineer specialising in high pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems before studying for a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering in Sheffield.

Upon graduation he joined EMC as a Production Engineer focusing on the production, assembly, and ongoing development of the Hycal product range.

Now Operations Manager, his role also encompasses production control, engineering administration, and in-field equipment servicing.

Stuart is highly skilled in process control, LEAN manufacturing/Six Sigma, project management, product design, 3D CAD modelling, three/four axis & mill-turn CAM programming, additive manufacturing, and surface treatment processing.
